Position Details

Management Trainee

No. of Posts : 14 [reserved for OBC (NCL)-2, ST-2 & PWD-1(VH/HH) on interlocking basis]

Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration/ Engineering from recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA/ PGD in Marketing/ International Trade/ Materials/ Law with knowledge in Computer Applications.

Percentage of Marks : Applicants must have 60% marks UPTO graduation level. However, candidates having Honors/ Engg. Degree/ Post Graduation with 55% marks in graduation will also be eligible.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,600-32,500/-

Age Limit as on 31.07.2015 : 28 Yrs (31 & 33 years for OBC (NCL) & ST respectively. Further relaxation by 10 years for PWD candidates.)

Management Trainee (HR/ADMIN)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : Bachelors Degree in any discipline from recognized University/ Institution of repute preferably with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM with knowledge in Computer Applications.

Percentage of Marks : Applicants must have 60% marks UPTO graduation level. However, candidates having Honors/ Engg. Degree/ Post Graduation with 55% marks in graduation will also be eligible.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,600-32,500/-

Age Limit as on 31.07.2015 : 28 Yrs

Management Trainee (F&A)

No. of Posts : 06 [reserved for OBC (NCL)-2]

Qualification : CA or ICWA with knowledge In Computer Application.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,600-32,500/-

Age Limit as on 31.07.2015 : 28 Yrs (31 years for OBC (NCL))

Management Trainee (Hindi)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : (a) Masters Degree in Hindi or English (preferably with 60% marks) with English or Hindi respectively as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level OR Masters Degree in any subject with English or Hindi medium (preferably with 60% marks) and Hindi or English respectively as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level (b) One year Diploma/ certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa from an institute recognized by Govt. of India is desirable.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,600-32,500/-

Age Limit as on 31.07.2015 : 28 Yrs

Bond : Selected candidates in the post of Management Trainee will be required to execute a Bond for Rs.100, 000/- in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the Company for a period of at least 5 years.
